Canada!

Maple syrup. Mark Carney. Cold. We made it. I hope everyone had a nice New Years!

It was a quick and easy flight from LaGuardia to Toronto. Customs was very simple.

One of my suitcases may have been searched cause when I grabbed it off the carousel it's zipper was all messed up and it's contents spilled out everywhere. Good thing all my stripper supplies was in my other bag!

Ha.

All good.

I had no cell service for the first 45 minutes after landing as I couldn't' find the "Roaming" toggle on my iPhone, but we got there! (Not sure how many phone companies do this now, but Mint Mobile has free phone use in Canada. Thanks, Mr. Reynolds.)

For pick up at the airport, Disney has you use a specific car service and it goes on their tab. Nice.

From what I understand Disney uses two apartment buildings for cast housing. I've been placed at the Sky View Suites: 140 Simcoe St #1315, Toronto, ON M5H 4E9

It's a two bedroom but it's looking like I won't have a flatmate. Luxury.

The rest of my evening was spent unpacking, watching a bootleg video of one of my character's shows, grocery shopping at Rabba's Fine Foods, and now ending the night with Thai take out from The Zen: Spicy Tofu Veggie Noodles. Nom nom.

First rehearsal tomorrow (January 2) at 9am!
